Shison Jun

Born March 5th, 1995. A native of Tokyo.
He made his debut as an actor in 2011 and has since appeared in TV shows, movies, and commercials.
His main drama performances include “Ressha Sentai ToQger,” “Omotesando High School Chorus Club!” “Tramps Like Us,” “Hitoshi Ueki and Nobosemon,” “Todome no Kiss,” “Girlish Life,” and “Half, Blue.”  He has also appeared in several movies, such as “Senpai to Kanojo,” “Teiichi: Battle of Supreme High,” “Anonymous Noise,” “The Detective is in the Bar 3,” and “Run! T School Basketball Team.”
The drama “Tramps Like Us” was simultaneously broadcast and streamed in Japan, China, Korea, and Hong Kong. It was later broadcast in Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Mongolia. Within 3 months of beginning distribution through China’s major media distributor iQiyi (愛奇芸), it surpassed 61,820,000 page views, the 3rd highest for a Japanese drama, and it has received high acclaim all over the world.
Jun was a regular on the NHK Education language program “Yay Yay GO!” for one year, and his English language ability is well known. In the planning stages of the program, he received acting lessons from the popular off-Broadway troupe Fuerza Bruta and has also appeared on stage.
Jun’s name recognition is increasing around the world. His account on China’s largest social media platform weibo has 215,000 followers (as of November, 2018).
